Two products in parallel, the full cycle: requirements → screens → UI kit → handoff to development.
- IT Products Showcase (June — September 2026), a B2B platform for matching IT solutions: research — interviews with sales managers, usability tests, group sessions with stakeholders and the contractor BFT;
- pulled the findings into a prioritized table and a set of cards in Figma, and redesigned the key flows on top of them;
- worked out the concept and the spec for an AI assistant that finds the right products: an entry panel and a chat with RAG search over the catalog;
- Mogu i Pomogayu (December 2025 — September 2026), a corporate volunteering portal: sole product designer — the employee and coordinator scenarios, roles and states, cascading deletion, errors and validation, interface copy;
- scenarios for creating and running events, employee sign-ups and reporting — at national and regional level;
- Netris ITX (November — December 2025), the mobile client for a new version of a video surveillance system installed at 5,000+ business customers across 24 regions of Russia: an MVP in 2 months with development running in parallel — sign-in, live view, the archive with export, events with video analytics;
- business and functional requirements turned into screens and a UI kit; the app shipped to production on time;
- one-off work: landing pages, individual app screens, design reviews, bug reports;
